Expect to spend an hour at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
We start our new members with Barbell Club (All Levels) or HITT:60 classes. These will help you learn the skills you need to join the CrossFit program. After just a few classes you'll be able to confidently attend any class on the schedule!
