With a dedicated massage room, Tough Temple members can book massage and stretch therapy services to loosen up tight muscles and prevent injury. We offer both massage therapy and stretch therapy, described in greater detail below:
Our in-house massage therapist offers deep tissue massage and muscle tacking targeted massage therapy where you need it, to promote healthier muscle function and overall relaxation. Cupping, muscle scraping, and Hot/Cold therapy techniques are available upon request.

Assisted Stretch and Recovery is a 1x1 service designed to enhance mobility and promote relaxation. Using her background in physical therapy, yoga, and kinesiology, our in-house stretch and recovery coach is able to customize each session to an individual’s needs. In addition to assisted stretching, you can expect to practice therapeutic strength exercises, gentle and restorative movements, joint mobilization, and myofascial release. You’ll walk away from each session feeling not only restored, but better educated on how to take care of your body on your own time.

Our cold plunge is an excellent solution to your sore muscles. According to the Cleveland Clinic, incorporating cold plunges into your routine have several benefits, including: easing sore muscles; reducing your core body temperature (best for post-workout); helps you focus; improves sleep; and decreases inflammation.
If it’s your first time using the cold plunge, make sure to have a coach with you to guide you through the process!
Our new top of the line Sauna from Plunge is now running in the Recovery Suite! With a top temperature of 230 degrees, this sauna is ideal for maximizing recovery post workout. Use it separately, or after using the cold plunge. According to the Mayo Clinic, benefits may include:
