We encourage athletes of all levels to incorporate weightlifting as a regular part of their training. Here are the two weightlifting classes we offer in our Strength Studio, all led by our team of USA Weightlifting certified coaches.
In addition to our regular team classes, Tough Temple often hosts workshops on Olympic Lifting technique in addition to certification courses offered through USA Weightlifting.
This class is designed with a focus on powerlifting splits and hypertrophy work, with accessory work programmed in to keep those gains coming. Each hour long class will be packed full of squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls, and everything else you need to add a little more strength volume to your overall routine.
This three days per week group class will be in lieu of the current Barbell Club classes. Focus will be on Olympic Weightlifting technique, squatting/pulling strength, and accessory work. For those interested in competing, this class will be designed to peak for local/national meets, but is also great for those that want to focus on their lifting technique and overall strength.
