Fit and Flow (FnF) workouts feature kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, and more to get you stronger and fitter than you’ve ever been. FnF is an all levels strength focused program. And yes, we have FUN!
TTKC Kettlebell Sport Workouts are endurance focused with an emphasis on technique, safety, and a community vibe. We train roughly 75% towards kettlebell sport lifting styles. A fun and sweaty time for intermediate to advanced kettlebell lifters and kettlebell sport athletes – headed for the platform or not!
Kettlebell Combine combines three lifts with three endurance moves in an interval format to help kettlebell lifters of any level get results QUICK! Kettlebell cleans and jumping jacks? Kettlebell swings and battle ropes? All done in a HIIT format? Oh, you know it!
