CrossFit – Our Functional Fitness program is defined as Constantly varied, functional movement, performed at relatively high intensity. All our workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. Each of our workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

FiTT Kids – Our FiTT Kids and TT Tots programs are designed to bring fun and functional movement to kids ages 3 to 11.  Our FiTTKids athletes learn fitness terminology and foundational movements in a playful and non-competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork and positivity. We jump, climb, plank, throw, run, and swing, exploring fitness through games and challenges led by coaches who are also teachers and parents. The program is scalable based on aptitude, skill, ability, and physical and psychological maturity. 

Barbell Club – Tough Temple Barbell Club is one of the fastest growing Weightlifting Teams in the DMV area! Whether you are new to the sport of Weightlifting or an experienced lifter looking for a new club, we are always excited to welcome new athletes to our Team! Our experienced coaches offer instruction on all aspects of the sport, from technical aspects of the lifts, to competition prep, to meet day execution!  Our Club includes group classes, private sessions, and remote coaching for athletes who are unable to make it the Club sessions frequently. Check us out!

HITT:60 – Our HITT60 classes will bring you the results you’re looking for – weight loss, gained stamina and lean muscle tone. Each class seamlessly blends Yoga, Cardio Intervals, Body Weight Circuits, Animal Flow, and Strength Circuits into an hour long dose of fitness that will leave you breathless, but feeling stronger and more relaxed than ever before!

Tough & Flexy – Through our weekly class, you will accelerate your athletic improvement, enhance your range of motion, and optimize your recovery. Focus on breath and mindfulness brings you more in tune with your body and your mind, slowing you down to help you progress quicker. With movements focused on restoration and encourages you to use your body to its fullest potential, exploring new poses and deeper levels of movement.
