Our FiTT Kids and TT Tots programs are designed to bring fun and functional movement to kids ages 3 to 11. Our FiTTKids athletes learn fitness terminology and foundational movements in a playful and non-competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork and positivity. We jump, climb, plank, throw, run, and swing, exploring fitness through games and challenges led by coaches who are also teachers and parents. The program is scalable based on aptitude, skill, ability, and physical and psychological maturity.
